FAQs
What is the expected time commitment?
We offer flexible opportunities ranging from single track-day support to weekly shop sessions. Most volunteers commit between 4 to 8 hours per month depending on their role.
Do I need previous racing or mechanical experience?
Not at all. While mechanical skills are helpful in the shop, we provide on-site training and mentorship. For event support and operations, a passionate attitude and willingness to help veterans is all that's required.
Are there specific age or background requirements?
Volunteers must be 18 years or older. Because we work closely with veterans in recovery, a standard background check is required for all recurring volunteer roles to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
How will I be contacted after applying?
Once you submit your application, our volunteer coordinator will review your profile. You can expect a response via email within 3-5 business days to set up a short introductory call to find your best role match.
